Sankeys is a legendary Manchester nightclub known for shaping underground house, tech-house, garage, and techno culture. Originating in Ancoats as Sankeys Soap in 1994, the venue gained world renown before closing its original location in 2017. It relaunched as an intimate club experience featuring a stripped-back design, an iconic LED matrix grid, and a strict no-phones and no-VIP dancefloor policy. Located on Sidney Street in Manchester city centre, the venue hosts regular Saturday night events and residencies with top electronic music DJs alongside emerging local talent.
