Copyright policy and reports

Members upload their own music, mixes, photos and videos to StageOS. Each member is responsible for what they upload, and confirms they own it or have permission to share it. StageOS never sells, streams or licenses members' music.

If your work is on StageOS without your permission

Tell us with the form below, or email admin@stageosapp.com. Please include:

  • Your name and how to contact you.
  • The work of yours it uses (for example the track title and who released it).
  • The StageOS link you are reporting.
  • A statement that you own the work or act for the owner, and believe this use isn't allowed.
  • Your signature (typing your full name is fine).

What happens next

  • We look at every report. If it looks valid, we turn the download page off straight away, normally within 1 working day.
  • We tell the member what was reported. We leave out your name and email if you ask us to.
  • The member can reply if they think the report is wrong. We decide, and may turn the page back on. For US rights owners we wait 10 to 14 working days unless you tell us you have gone to court.
  • If more than one report against a member is upheld, they can no longer release music or use download pages on StageOS.
  • We keep the file for 30 days after a report in case of a reply, then it can be removed.
