Make a free EPK in two minutes
Your bio, photos, mixes, videos, rates and dates on one link. Promoters, venues and festivals see everything in one place. Free forever. No card needed.
What is an EPK?
An EPK (electronic press kit) is one page that tells a promoter who you are and why they should book you. It has your bio, your best photos, your music, your videos, where you've played and how to book you. Promoters decide in under a minute, so it needs to be quick to read and easy to share.
What you get free
- A page at stageosapp.com/epk/yourname you can send to anyone
- Bio, photos, mixes, tracks and videos
- Past and upcoming gigs, plus your gigs in local What's On listings
- Booking rates and availability, if you want to show them
- Tech rider
- A listing in the StageOS artist directory, so promoters can find you
- A link-in-bio page for Instagram and TikTok
On Pro, auto-apply also sends your EPK to festivals that fit you as soon as they open.

Free EPK questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Your EPK, your link and your directory listing are free forever. Paid plans add extra promotion and more festival applications, but you never pay to keep your EPK online.
Do I need a website?
No. Your EPK is your page. Share the link in emails, DMs and your Instagram bio.
Can I use my EPK to apply to festivals?
Yes. StageOS lists festivals that are open for applications, and you can apply with your EPK from the festival page.
Can I download my EPK?
Yes. Every public EPK has a PDF download and a press pack download, free accounts included, so you can attach it to an email too.
How long does it take?
About two minutes if you start from your Instagram or music link.
Can bands use it?
Yes. The EPK works for DJs, bands, singers and producers.
