How the free beta works

We're opening 50 free beta spots to artists who want to get set up before the public launch. Sign up, build your profile in draft, and it goes live within 24 hours.

Free beta accounts are active for 3 months.

Once you're set up, we'd love it if you shared StageOS with other artists — but that's entirely up to you.

Fair use

Uploaded media is subject to plan storage limits. Embedded media does not count toward storage. StageOS may apply fair-use limits to protect platform performance.

Frequently asked questions

Do embedded videos count toward my upload storage?
No. Embedded media from providers like YouTube, Instagram, SoundCloud, and Mixcloud stays unlimited and does not count toward storage. Only uploaded featured video files and downloadable uploads count toward plan limits.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Free lets you build the page first, then you can upgrade when you need bookings, custom domains, or larger media allowances.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Your existing public content stays online, but new uploads can be blocked until you free storage or move to a higher plan.
Can I cancel annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans renew yearly unless canceled before renewal. The annual rate is paid upfront and keeps the lower effective monthly cost.
How long does it take for my profile to go live?
You get instant draft access as soon as you register. Free beta profiles are reviewed and published within 24 hours.
