Most festival slots are filled months before the public hears about them. Pro members don't wait for a listing to appear: every festival search runs intelligent sourcing that scans the web for festivals accepting applications in your genre and region, ranks the ones where you're likely to be booked, and surfaces verified booker contacts.

Set up auto-apply and we apply for you to every new festival that fits your genre and region — drafted from your EPK and sent to the organiser while other artists are still finding out it exists. Every application is tracked and can be withdrawn at any time.

Plans above are for artists. If you book talent, StageOS is free with no restrictions: add and manage unlimited events, post open calls, review and respond to artist applications, run your bookings inbox and publish your lineup — no upgrade required, ever.

One application per artist, with their EPK, music, socials and gig history visible straight away. Fewer DMs, emails and form links to chase.

Fair use

Uploaded media is subject to plan storage limits. Embedded media does not count toward storage. StageOS may apply fair-use limits to protect platform performance.

Frequently asked questions

Do embedded videos count toward my upload storage?
No. Embedded media from providers like YouTube, Instagram, SoundCloud, and Mixcloud stays unlimited and does not count toward storage. Only uploaded featured video files and downloadable uploads count toward plan limits.
I'm a promoter or venue — do I need a paid plan?
No. Promoter and venue accounts are free with no restrictions. You can add and manage events, post open calls, review and respond to artist applications and manage your bookings inbox without upgrading. Paid plans are for artists.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Free lets you build the page first, then you can upgrade when you need bookings, custom domains, or larger media allowances.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Your existing public content stays online, but new uploads can be blocked until you free storage or move to a higher plan.
Which plan includes festival applications and booking contacts?
can apply directly from StageOS with AI-drafted pitches built from their EPK, get answer packs drafted for festivals' own application forms, can opt in to automated applications, track every application
Can I cancel annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans renew yearly unless canceled before renewal. The annual rate is paid upfront and keeps the lower effective monthly cost.
How long does it take for my profile to go live?
Immediately. You get access as soon as you register, and your public pages appear the moment you set your EPK to public.
