Get interviewed on StageOS TV
Answer seven short questions on your phone. We add the questions on screen, captions and the StageOS finish, and post it on StageOS TV with a 60-second cut on our socials. About 10 minutes of filming.
The questions
- Who are you, and where are you based?
- How would you describe your sound in three words?
- How did you get started in music?
- What's the best gig you've ever played?
- Which of your own tracks or mixes should people hear first, and why?
- What advice would you give someone just starting out?
- What's next for you, and where can people find you?
How to film it
- One clip per question, 15 to 60 seconds each.
- Phone upright (portrait), propped at eye level, not hand-held.
- Face a window or a lamp, not a window behind you.
- A quiet room with no music playing. We can't use clips with other people's music in the background.
- Look just above the lens and answer in full sentences ("My best gig was...").
- Wait two seconds before and after each answer.
- A friend can read the questions to you off camera if you like. We cut their voice out.
What to send
- The 7 clips, named "Your Name - Q1" to "Your Name - Q7".
- One photo of you.
- Optional: one of your own tracks to play under the intro.
Our quality bar
We keep StageOS TV looking and sounding good. If a clip is too dark, hard to hear or has music in the background, we'll ask you for a quick retake rather than post it.
The rules
- You need a free StageOS EPK.
- You're 18 or over, or a parent or guardian agrees.
- StageOS may post the interview on StageOS TV and StageOS socials, credited to you.
- You keep your rights, and we take it down any time you ask at admin@stageosapp.com.
- Pro members get priority and a slot within 3 months.
