One inbox for your whole roster.
Every booking enquiry sent to any artist you represent lands in your StageOS inbox and your email. Your artists stay on the free tier — you decide when and who to upgrade, in bulk.
Roster enquiry inbox
Anyone who hits Book on an artist's EPK creates an enquiry. You see every one across your roster, tagged by artist, and can mark them read, replied or closed.
Emailed to you too
Each enquiry is emailed to the artist and to your agency contact address, so nothing sits unseen. Reply straight from your mail client if you prefer.
Artists stay free
Invite artists by email. They keep a full free EPK, gig listings and enquiry inbox. You edit their EPKs and manage bookings on their behalf — no paid plan required.
Your own roster page on StageOS
Send promoters one link instead of a PDF.
One link for your whole roster
Your logo, bio and every artist you represent at stageosapp.com/agency/your-name.
Every EPK up to date
Each artist card opens their live EPK: music, video, gigs and press shots, never an old PDF.
Enquiries straight to your inbox
Book buttons on your page and on every EPK send the enquiry to you as well as the artist.
“Represented by” your agency on every EPK
Each artist's EPK names your agency and links back to your roster page.
Your roster page
Logo, bio, city, socials and every accepted artist. Emails we send for your artists carry your agency name and logo.
Your brand, not ours
Your colours, heading and body fonts, and a cover banner on your page. Festival applications and pitches for your artists go out in your colours, from “Your agency via StageOS”, with replies to you.
Your own domain
Put the roster page on your own address, like roster.youragency.com, with only a small “Powered by StageOS” line.
Set up in an afternoon.
Create an agent account
Free, no card needed. Add your agency name and the contact email enquiries should go to.
Invite your artists
Send an invite from your dashboard. Artists already on StageOS approve with one click; new artists are linked to you the moment they register.
Field enquiries from one place
Promoters and venues book through each artist's EPK. You get the email and the inbox entry, tagged by artist.

Questions
Do my artists need to pay anything?
No. Every artist on your roster keeps a full free account — EPK, gig listings, directory presence and enquiry inbox. Paid features only apply where you've assigned a seat.
Who receives the enquiry email?
The artist's booking email (or account email if none is set) and your agency contact address. Both see the same message and the same inbox entry.
Can I edit my artists' EPKs?
Yes. Once an artist accepts your invite you can update their EPK, gigs and availability from your dashboard exactly as they can.
What's the difference between an Agent and a Manager account?
They share the same roster tools. Choose whichever describes your business — it changes how you appear to promoters and in booking paperwork, not what you can do.
How are roster packages billed?
To your agency by card through Stripe, monthly or annually. Pick a package above, complete checkout, and the seats appear on your dashboard straight away for you to assign. Change or cancel any time from Billing.
