The first StageOS Weekly: a live, camera-on DJ set from anywhere in the world. 20 minutes, one take, any genre. Half the score from our judges, half from public votes. Points go on the StageOS rankings, and every verified set earns the Live Verified badge on your EPK. 18+ only.

The rules

18 and over only. One slot per DJ per week.
Your own set, from your own channel. StageOS members only (a free EPK is fine).
Stream live on YouTube in your own slot only. No premieres and no pre-recorded sets.
One fixed camera showing the mixer, both decks and the sync buttons for the whole set, with your hands in shot.
Sync stays off for the whole set.
No mashups, pre-made edits, pre-recorded transitions, prepared stems or other DJs' mixes. Released tracks, official remixes and your own productions are fine.
Show your code to camera at the start of your set and put it in your stream title.
Audio straight from the mixer. No backing tracks.
Add your tracklist within 24 hours of your set.

Practical notes

Going live on YouTube needs a verified channel, and live streaming can take 24 hours to switch on the first time. Do it well before the night.
Going live from the YouTube phone app needs 50+ subscribers. Streaming from OBS or Streamlabs on a computer doesn't.
YouTube may mute or end a stream it thinks breaks copyright. If that worries you, stream on Mixcloud Live instead: Mixcloud Live links are accepted.
Add your YouTube Live (or Mixcloud Live) link here at least 2 hours before your slot so the live page can embed it. All times are UK time.

How it's judged

Every set is checked against the rules. Judges score technique, selection and performance out of 10. Public voting opens when the last set ends and closes Sunday 15 November 20:00 UK time: one vote per verified account. The result is 50% judges, 50% public vote.

Rankings points: 1st 10, 2nd 8, 3rd 6, 4th 5, 5th 4, every other approved set 1. An approved set also makes you Live Verified.
