A Dog Called SkipPRO

Hello! 🪩 I am a DJ / Musician based in Liverpool. I have been performing for the past 10 years as a DJ. Recently, I have added a new element to my sets which include live Improv Keys. I am a jazz piano player outside of DJing and I love adding my own personality into the mixes through my playing. I went as the name Piping Hot Disco up until recently before changing to A Dog Called Skip. This is due to a more multi genre focus that I have found myself exploring since I first started. I currently hold 2 residencies in Liverpool and Chester, where I play all night long. I can move around a variety of genres and tempos in those sessions which I Love. For a festival set, however, you can expect a fair bit of high energy disco which would morph into disco-tech and from there tech-house! Alongside my live sets I have had a radio presence in the form of local radios in Liverpool on Studio picnic, Melodic, and Svara, Further a field I performed on Sigil Radio in Birmingham.Which led to starting my weekly youtube channel where i explore a variety of music from Ambient Jazz all the way up to Garage I love playing my residencies but a big goal for me now is to move outside and perform at Festivals in the summer of ’27.
